Introduction

Soda Ash, used in textile dyeing process, tenfold intensity than common soda ash light. With less using quantity, can neutralize the PH value, with great chelate property and oxydol stabilization which promote for dyeing and scouring.

1. 2Kg per package is convenient for operation, no flying ash when using .

2. Economically, only requires 1/7 or 1/10 of common soda ash light.

3. Has great chelating capacity, effectively avoid white powder and boiler scale.

4. With cotton level dyeing effect, avoid dye defect, and bright-colorized the fiber.

5. Save water using amount of water and neutralized acid after dyeing.

6. With low price, and reduce cost.

Application

Scouring processing: dosage: 1-3g/l

Dyeing processing:  dosage: ratio 1:10 ( agent: water)

                Light 1.5-2 g/l  medium 2-2.5 g/l   dark 2.5-3 g/l

(requires 1/7 1/10 times dosage of Na2CO3:

light 1/7, medium 1/8-1/9, dark 1/10)

Using method: one package per unit, diluting them for 7-10 times, the same as soda.
