Specification

Property

1. This is liquid soda, it will prevent flying powder comparing to soda in usage.

2. Much more smaller usage quantity,1/7 or 1/10 usage quantity of common soda usage quantity for equal effect.

3. Strong chelating capacity,efficiently prevent production of white powder and scale.

4. Good stability to hydrogen peroxide,which will increase the fiber whiteness after scouring and bleaching and prevent the fiber strength elimination.

5. Good cotton levelling dyeing effect, avoid dyeing defect and bright-colorized fiber.

6. Saving water using amount and neutralized acid after dyeing.

7. With low price, and reduce cost.

Application

Refining processing: Common dosage: 1-3g/l

Dyeing processing:  Common dosage: bath ratio 1:10

                 Light 1.5-2 g/l  medium 2-2.5 g/l   dark 2.5-3 g/l

(requires 1/7 1/10 times dosage of Na2CO3:

light 1/7, medium1/8-1/9, dark 1/10)

1. Put to the dye jig at the same time, turn around for 5-10 minutes after completed dissolve.

2. Dilute dyes 4 times with mentioned amount orderly (1/10, 2/10, 3/10, 4/10), put them to the dye jig and turn around for 5-10 minutes.

3. Dilute Glaubers salt 4 times with mentioned amount orderly ( 1/10, 2/10, 3/10, 4/10) put them to dye jig and turn around for 5-10 minutes.

4. Raising the temperature to 60( or 80) and dyeing.
