Introduction

Peroxide Remover is able to remove the hydrogen peroxide from bleached fiber. It used in fore treatment process.

Property

1. It can remove residual oxydol on the fiber after bleaching, prevent dye fleck from occuring when dye.

2. Its able to soften hard water, so water quality wont impair the effect.

3. Easily been cleaned, wont stay on fiber.

4. Decompose the hydroperoxide, raise fibers whiteness.

5. Moderate action,wont decrease fibers breaking strength.

Application

 0.5-2g/l directly put in bath after scouring and bleaching finished, at 85-95temprature, 15 to 20 minute, then go water washing.

Shelf life: 12 months
