Levelling Agent for Terylene (CF-501T)

Introduction

Levelling Agent, designed specially for Polyester fiber dyeing, has good emulsification, penetrating, chelating, dispersing ability, level dyeing capacity and good dye jig clean keeping capacity. It also be able to chelate heavy metal ion in dyeing bath, effectively increase the solubility of dye and prevent dyeing defect .

Property

1. With strong hydrotropy to dye marterial, scatter disperse dye quickly.

2. Strong dispersity, prevent the agglutination and tarring of disperse dye in high temperature and high pressure situation.

3. Strong chelating dispersibility in acid liquid, chelate heavy metal ion effectively.

4. With strong emulsification, as refining-dyeing bath emulsify- disperse leveller, avoid dye defect because lack of scouring if add them in dyeing.

5. Good levelness, can promote dye up-take and levelness of fabric after dye.

6. Remove oligomer, keep dye jig clean and diminish cleaning times. 

Application

1. Dye: 0.5-2 g/l

2. Refining Dye: 1-3g/l

3. Reducing Clean: 0.5-1 g/l

4. Vessel Cleaning: 3-5 g/l + alkali liquid 5-10 C.C./l

    Better using with 1-2g/l sodium dithionite.

Shelf life: 12 months
