Introduction

Chelating Compound Dispersant, specialized for softening hard water when fabric scouring, bleaching, dyeing processing. Especially natural fibers pectin which with substantial calcium, magnesium and iron carboxylate, easy dissociate in the water when scouring, so make processing been blocked. Always use inorganic blocking agent (eg. Phosphate) and organic blocking agent(eg. EDTA) in recent years, the former is easy hydrolyze and loss effectiveness in strong alkali liquid and high temperature; the latter is only influence calcium and magnesium ion and dont blocking iron ion in strong alkali liquid. So CF-101A chelating compand dispersant be developed for solving this problem, even chelating and dispersing the heavy metal like manganese and copper ion.

Property

1. Exert best chelating function in high temperature, high pressure, strong acidity, strong alkalescence.

2. With peptization and dispersive action, with cleaning effect, raising the whiteness of fiber and water-absorbency in refining process.

3. Excellent oxydol stability, can replace with water glass as non-silicate hydrogen peroxide bleaching stabilizer.

4. With strong hydrotropy to dye marterial, avoid the agglutination of dye material.

5. Is cotton dyeing leveller, with strong buffering, prevent dye marterial from tinting quickly, ensure dyeing evenly.

6. For soaping purpose.

7. Avoid the producing of scale, chelate and disperse the scale which been formed, avoid dyeing vessel pollution.

Application

Common dosage : 0.5-2 g/l

If the water quality is too hard, add it accordingly. Do not use in enzyme desizing processing, otherwise enzyme will decrease their heat safety.(calcium ion can increase the heating stability of enzyme)
